The F7/F7 set fits both sides of the Aldes DFE with a fine ISO ePM1 65% filter (formerly F7). Maximum filtration, higher pressure drop: only for units that accept it, keeping an eye on the filter indicator.

When and how to replace

Every six months in most homes, more often near a road, during building work or with pets. A grey, bulging or smelly filter needs replacing without waiting for the date.

Switch off the power
Turn the unit off or cut the breaker before opening the hatch.

Open the filter hatch
Remove the old filters and note their direction: an arrow or label shows the air inlet side.

Slide in the new filters
If the set mixes two classes, the fine filter (ISO ePM1) goes on the supply side. With two identical filters there is no order to follow. The frame must sit flat, without play.

Reset the indicator
Close up, switch back on and reset the filter reminder on the controller, if there is one.
