Who we are
A young company, one trade
VMCD is the trading name of RAIS BUSINESS SRL, a Belgian company founded in 2026. It grew out of a simple observation: getting your ventilation serviced almost always means taking a day off, waiting for a quote by e-mail and accepting a date three weeks away.
We built the company around that problem. Time slots run until 8 pm on weekdays and cover the weekend. The price is written on the site before you book. The request takes two minutes online, and we usually confirm it the same day.
The team is small: a ventilation technician who carries out the servicing, a heating engineer for the packages with a boiler, and a manager who answers your messages and prepares your reports and invoices.

Ventilation servicing
Extract-only and heat recovery, all common brands. Unit cleaned, exchanger, condensate, motor and controls checked, report sent after the visit.

Noise, smell, damp, poor airflow: we look for the cause, and any part is announced with its price before it is fitted.

Quoted after a visit: cleaning of the duct network, replacement of a worn-out unit, upgrade to heat recovery.

The boiler is added to a ventilation service, in a single appointment; air conditioning can also be serviced on its own. These jobs are entrusted to a partner heating engineer.

How it works
You book online
You choose the service and a slot: during the day, in the evening or at the weekend. The price shown is the price you pay.
We arrive in the slot
The technician calls half an hour before. Floor protection and tools: nothing for you to prepare.
We service the system
Dismantling, cleaning, adjustment, final check. Any part to replace is announced before it is fitted.
You receive the report
The state we found, the work done, what to keep an eye on. You pay on site, once the work is done.

The price before, not after
The amount is shown before you book. An extra option or part is proposed to you in writing, and you accept it or not.
Measure rather than guess
On request, airflows are measured room by room and compared with the Belgian standard NBN D50-001. A figure, not an impression.
Something in writing after every visit
Condition found, work done, what to keep an eye on: you receive a report any other professional can use.
Saying no when needed
If a job is not necessary, we say so. What we cannot do, we do not sell.
