About VMCD
What we do
VMCD services, repairs and installs mechanical ventilation systems across Brussels, Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant. That alone: no heating, no cooling, no plumbing.
We work for private owners, landlords, building managing agents and operators of shops and offices.
Our working principle: measure
Most bad ventilation decisions come from a diagnosis made by eye. A working unit gets replaced, a clean network gets cleaned, an expensive system gets installed where a blocked grille explained everything.
So we start by measuring, and we hand you the figures. That makes our work verifiable — including by another professional, which is precisely the point.
What we don't do
We do not quote a savings percentage before seeing your system. We do not offer a flat-rate contract covering “everything” without a prior inventory. We do not publish performance figures we cannot justify.
And when a job is not necessary, we say so. That is less profitable over one visit, and clearly more profitable over a decade.
Transparency
We are ventilation specialists, and nothing else. When an enquiry belongs to heating, cooling or plumbing, we say so rather than attempt it.
If a job falls under a qualification we do not hold, we say so and point you elsewhere. That is simpler than explaining it afterwards.
