How we work
We measure before concluding
A flow meter at every valve, before and after. You know what your system actually does, not what it should do.
A written report every time
Condition found, readings taken, parts replaced, recommendations. A document you can hand to any other professional.
A quote up front, not an invoice after
The price is agreed before the work. Any additional part requires your prior approval.
We say when it isn't necessary
If a measurement shows your system is working properly, we tell you. Selling a pointless service costs a client.
Services
What we do
From the annual service of a domestic system to a contract for an entire building. Nothing else.
Ventilation maintenance
A serviced ventilation system uses less energy, runs quieter and actually removes the moisture from your home.
View serviceDuct cleaning
Cleaning the valves achieves nothing if the ductwork behind them is fouled. We treat the duct along its full length.
View serviceVentilation repair
Diagnosis first, repair second. We only replace a unit when that is genuinely the right call.
View serviceVentilation installation
A good installation is decided before anything is fitted: duct routing, sizing, unit location. The rest is assembly.
View serviceMeasurement & air quality
Measure before you spend. A written report tells you whether your ventilation is doing its job — and by how much it falls short.
View serviceBuildings & offices
An annual schedule, a report per unit, a clear invoice. Enough to get through an owners' meeting without argument.

Why it matters
A neglected ventilation system doesn't stop: it slows down
That is what makes the problem insidious. The motor still runs, the light is green, and yet airflow has halved since the last service. Nobody notices — until condensation returns every winter in the same spot.
Accumulating moisture does not just spoil comfort: it attacks finishes, encourages mould growth and degrades the air you breathe for eight hours a night behind a closed door.
Signals not to ignore
- Mist lingers on the windows when you wake
- Black marks appear in corners or on seals
- Cooking smells drift from room to room
- The unit has started vibrating, whistling or rumbling
- A sheet of paper no longer holds against the extract valve
- You don't know when the filters were changed
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
- 1
You describe the situation
By phone or through the form. The system type and your municipality are enough to start.
- 2
We price it
A free, detailed quote. For a building or a complex installation, we survey the site first.
- 3
We carry out the work
A time slot confirmed in advance, floor protection, measuring equipment. You have nothing to prepare.
- 4
You receive the report
Before/after readings, work carried out, what to watch and by when.

Ventilation flow rate calculator
NBN D50-001 derives a room's flow rate from its floor area: 3.6 m³/h per m², constrained between a minimum and a maximum specific to the room type. Enter your rooms below.

Flow rates are calculated to NBN D50-001 everywhere. What changes between regions is how compliance is verified on a project.

Ventilation
Open kitchen, strong smells: why the cooker hood is not enough
In an open kitchen, a running cooker hood does not guarantee a neutral-smelling flat. The way air is supplied and extracted across the whole dwelling matters just as much as the hood itself.

Window and façade air vents: why not block them and how to make them bearable
A noisy, cold air vent in a frame or façade is tempting to block. The relief is real, but the side effects are too. Better to understand what it does and how to tame it.

FAQ
What people ask us most
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Producing a quote from your description costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. For a building or a complex installation, a survey visit is needed before pricing: we tell you in advance whether that visit is free or chargeable, and on what terms it is deducted from the work.
How often should ventilation be serviced?
Manufacturers generally recommend a filter check every 3 to 6 months and a full service once a year. The real interval depends on your surroundings: a busy road, pets, recent building works and an open-plan kitchen all speed up fouling considerably.
Is ventilation servicing mandatory in Belgium?
No. Unlike periodic boiler inspection, servicing residential ventilation is not required by regulation. That does not make it optional technically: an unserviced system loses airflow gradually without giving any signal.
How quickly do you reply?
We handle form enquiries within 24 working hours. Enquiries arriving at the weekend or on a public holiday are handled on the next working day. For a breakdown or a complete loss of ventilation, the phone is faster.
What does a visit actually involve?
A time slot confirmed in advance, floor protection, measuring equipment. You have nothing to prepare beyond clearing access to the unit and the valves. At the end, we go through what was done and what to keep an eye on.
Book your service
Pick a half-day, confirm by email, and it is held. You pay on site once the work is done — nothing upfront.
