Unsure between extract-only and heat recovery? Heat recovery supplies fresh air to bedrooms and living rooms; extract-only just pulls air from the wet rooms.

On a balanced (heat-recovery) system, filters are not included in the price shown: you can ask for them to be replaced at the next step; depending on the model, a supplement may apply, confirmed before the visit. An extract-only system has no filters to replace.
