Quote request form, name, email, phone, postcode, property type, service requested and description of your situation. This data is used solely to handle your enquiry, reply to you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent to being contacted.

Technical browsing data, we use cookieless audience measurement, which does not identify you individually and builds no advertising profile. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing site traffic.

Where your visit came from, if you reach the site from an advertisement, the click identifier the ad platform placed in the address is kept for the duration of your visit and attached to your enquiry, so we know which ads produce real appointments. It tells us nothing about you outside this site and is used for no profiling. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.

Quote requests with no follow-up: retained for 12 months, then deleted.

Enquiries that led to work: retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the statutory retention period applicable in Belgium to accounting and commercial records.

Technical logs: retained for a limited period by the host, in accordance with its own retention rules.
